Tiger Nut Paste — The spoonable version of our favourite tuber.

In the body

What it does.

One of the richest food sources of resistant starch — a prebiotic fibre that feeds your gut bacteria instead of spiking your blood sugar. Naturally sweet with no added sugar needed. Its fat is mostly oleic acid — the same monounsaturated fat as olive oil. High in fibre, which contributes to normal bowel function. Stir it into porridge, spread it on toast, or eat it off the spoon — we won't tell.

Despite the name, tiger nut is a tuber, not a nut — it contains no tree-nut protein, making it a natural choice for tree-nut allergy households.
