What it does.

Hibiscus calyces are one of the richest brewable sources of anthocyanins, the same group of polyphenols that colours blackberries and red grapes. The tea is naturally caffeine free and contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal immune function. It is tart enough that most people drink it without sugar.
