Supermarket supply chains are anonymous on purpose. Ours is being written from the soil up — cooperative by cooperative, batch by batch. The profiles below are illustrative pilot profiles: names, photographs and quotations will only be published once we hold written consent, supplier records and an original interview for that grower.
